Mixed-use Kelas Para Dewa
Di tengah kemacetan dalam perjalanan menuju Jogjakarta, saya melihat hal ini di seberang jalan dan segera mengambil gambarnya.
Entah bagaimana bisa terjadi seperti ini. Suatu konsep mixed-use yang sangat radikal dan ekstrim hingga level para dewa, suatu percampuran fungsi infrastruktur perkotaan dengan komersil privat bahkan mungkin sekaligus dengan residensial.
Kalau sudah begini, apakah fungsi komersial yang strata di atas HGB milik infrastruktur? Atau malah infrastruktur yang - sebuah konsep revolusioner - strata di atas HGB milik komersial? Atau kedua-duanya cuma ngontrak di atas SHM milik residensial?
